Cesspool Emptying in Kent and East Sussex

Scheduled or emergency pump outs with powerful vacuum tankers. Environmentally compliant disposal at licensed facilities, one off visits or a regular slot in the diary.

Regular emptying is not optional

A cesspool is a sealed tank. It stores everything that leaves your property and treats none of it, so the level only ever goes one way. Once it reaches roughly 70 to 80 percent it needs emptying, and leaving it beyond that risks an overflow, contaminated ground and a fine from the Environment Agency.

Most cesspools need emptying every four to eight weeks. A small household can go longer, a busy family or a commercial property will need us more often. We work out a sensible interval with you on the first visit so it never creeps up on you again.

How we do it

We bring a vacuum tanker, lift your access cover and drop the suction hose straight in. There is no digging and no mess, and we can run a long hose from the road if the tanker cannot get close to the tank.

While the hose is in we check the condition of the cover, the seals and the full alarm if you have one. Small faults are far cheaper caught early than found during an overflow.

Licensed disposal, every load

We are a registered waste carrier. Everything we take away goes to a licensed treatment facility and you get the waste transfer paperwork for your records. If you are a landlord or a business that matters, because you are the one who has to produce it.
