Sewage Treatment Plant Installation in Kent and East Sussex
Modern, Environment Agency compliant treatment plants supplied and fitted. Ideal for rural homes, farms and commercial premises coming off an old system.

When a treatment plant is the right answer
A treatment plant is usually the answer when a septic tank has failed its drainage field, when the General Binding Rules mean an old system can no longer discharge as it does, or when you are building somewhere with no mains connection.
Unlike a septic tank, a plant treats the waste properly. Air is pumped in so bacteria break it down, and what leaves is clean enough to discharge to a ditch or watercourse. That is what makes it acceptable where a septic tank is not.
Picking the right unit
Size is set by how many people the property sleeps, not how many live there now. Get that wrong and the plant either struggles or never develops a healthy bacterial population. We size it properly, and we tell you honestly if a simpler repair would do instead of a full new system.
Groundworks and commissioning
We handle the excavation, the base, the backfill, the pipework and the electrical connection for the blower, then commission the unit and show you how it runs. You get the paperwork you need for the Environment Agency and for a future sale.
